S.L.I.T., Sex Love Intimacy Trust is an 8-week immersion for Queer Asian folx*** to explore their edges, desires, and stories through somatic, relational, and ancestral healing practices—together, in community.

It’s a relational container, a group field. a confluence of all things—vulnerability, presence, embodiment, expression, movement, aliveness.

Let’s bring in the spirit of the Yin Wood Snake year - shed shame, awaken the body, and slither into joy, intimacy, and embodied power—together.

S.L.I.T PILLARS:

Reprogramming Ancestral Beliefs: How do we feel good in a world that taught us to please others and ignore our basic needs? Let’s visit our generational and cultural belief systems, talk story, move and shake it out, and rewrite some beliefs together.

Movement Embodiment Practices: How can we come back to ourselves, feel centered, connect with our senses and thus our desires, and meet each moment as it comes? Let’s not talk too much here, and instead play in that nonverbal space to wake up our sense of aliveness.

Explore Relational Edges: Ooo! Relationship as practice! How do we learn more about ourselves and our edges if we don’t have people to practice with?? Together, we will learn the building blocks of intimacy—clear communication, consent, boundary setting, repair, pacing. Practice with compassion. Practice with curiosity. Practice with play.

This space is for Queer/Trans Adults who identify as part of the Asian diaspora. AFAB (assigned female at birth), raised and socially conditioned as “girls” or “women.” who now identify in ways that expand beyond the binary of “female/male” or “woman/man”. Non-binary, gender-queer, gender-expansive, gender-free, and those who are questioning or exploring their gender are welcome.

• You crave deep intimacy—not just with a romantic partner, but with your chosen fam—and want to explore what platonic touch and emotional closeness can feel like when it’s safe, consensual, and alive.

• You’re tired of performing and striving for perfection. You’re ready to slow down and meet yourself in presence, messiness, and truth.

• You want to untangle from cultural narratives that taught you to prioritize other people’s comfort over your own needs, and start centering your joy and pleasure.

• You’ve done the talk therapy. Now you want to feel the healing in your body. You want to move, breathe, be held, be witnessed.

• You want to experiment with connection—eye gazing, shared stillness, consensual touch—and see what emerges without the pressure to “get it right.”

• You want to laugh, cry, roll in the grass, twerk, and maybe even slither like a snake… because play is sacred.

• You want a space that honors your infinite multitudes, honors spirituality and sexuality—where you don’t have to split yourself to belong.

WHAT ARE WE DOING AGAIN?

S.L.I.T. is not a workshop, retreat, or group therapy- definitely not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

We are a living, breathing space shaped by the folx in it! While I’ll offer facilitation, structure, and guidance, the real magic emerges from our collective presence, needs, desires, edges, and longings. The super tentative draft flow will be informed from application responses and also from what’s alive in the group to shape the experience: circle-sharing, embodiment and somatic exploration, nature play, intimacy games, touch and consent practices, ritual, storytelling, silence.

We’ll move at the speed of trust, surfacing the juicy stuff—desire, fear, shame, shadow, truth, eros—while building the fundamental blocks for safety in the body and belonging within community.

Together, we’re practicing the muscle of intimacy, with homework and practices to integrate in between weekly sessions. Creating a microcosm of the world we want to live in—where your whole self is welcomed. Where boundaries are respected. Where pleasure is sacred and vital. And maybe you meet a new version of yourself…friends for life...or maybe - just maybe - your new soulmate? ;)

ABOUT forest:

forest (fka Tiff) Lin is an Embodiment coach, intimacy and pleasure activist, intuitive body worker, BaZi Chinese Astrology practitioner, and Asian Diaspora community organizer. Born in Taiwan, nomadic throughout their 20’s, and currently based in the East Bay, Ohlone territory, they have toured throughout the US, Asia and Europe giving talks and workshops on desire-based and values-oriented living, spent over 1000+ hours of training in orgasmic meditation, conscious sexuality, authentic relating, the erotic arts, and held sacred space for hundreds of people to help them remember who they are and connect to what they love.

Over the course of the last 5 years, they’ve been pretty underground deeply rooted and immersed in Queer Asian spaces, processing and moving through the deep ancestral grief and rage as it parallels the fckery of these modern times of empire, genocide, capitalism, while slowly transmitting and reimagining everything they’ve learned about intimacy and pleasure through an Asian diasporic lens rooted in collective care. They are most proud of co-creating Mycelium Network retreats over the last 3 years with their queer azn chosen fam, feeling what it means to nourish and be nourished by a collective spirit centered on joy, ancestral healing, body positivity, magic, intimacy, affection, uplifting the sensual and energetic which ripples into belly aching laughter, increased vitality that influences our respective worlds beyond space and time.

They absolutely love and delight in creating transformative immersive containers bringing healing, magic, embodiment to life via Asian Diaspora Jam, Communities As One, QiKi Club, Chinese Medicine and Magic, Mycelium Network.

S.L.I.T will be a confluence of their journey and life’s work - bringing cultures of authentic vulnerability, embodied expression, relational intimacy, queering everything, loving and healing our ancestral wounds- together.
